A Level 3 beauty qualification.

This government-approved qualification prepares you for a career as a laser and IPL therapist. It is one of the few qualifications local authorities accept when you apply for your licence.

It covers everything you need to work effectively with laser and IPL, from safety protocols and the core of knowledge to the anatomy and physiology behind the treatments. There is no exam, only a portfolio.

How it runs

Day one is theory assignment work, at the academy or remotely on Teams. Days two and three are practical at the academy: hair removal, then skin rejuvenation. Some independent theory research is needed, so access to a laptop or similar device helps.

  1. Book online

    Pay a deposit or the full price. The deposit comes off the total.

  2. We email you within a few days

    We agree your dates with you. Any balance is due 14 days before your course starts.

  3. Train at the academy: 3 days

  4. Get your certificate

    Awarded by VTCT. Accredited and insurable.
