Traditional manual lymphatic drainage is a slow, rhythmic pumping technique that moves stagnant lymph towards the nearest lymph nodes, helping the body remove waste and relieving swelling.

The Brazilian method is mainly cosmetic. It blends lymphatic drainage with sculpting and contouring in targeted areas.
